Papole Foods was founded in 2020 with a mission…to create craveable gluten free foods that the whole family can enjoy - not just the ones avoiding gluten! We take our gluten free food seriously and continually strive to recreate the quality, texture, and taste that everyone expects from their favorite wheat and gluten containing foods. Our products are not only gluten free, they are also Celiac safe and devoid of GMOs, antibiotics, hormones, MSG, and artificial anything.

The Original Empanoli ®, part empanada-part ravioli, is a baked gluten free hand pie stuffed with a variety of delicious fillings inspired by the flavors of Mexico and Latin America. Founder, Alex, used his mother’s fried Mexican picadillo beef empanadas as his gold standard and inspiration, which were based on a 50+ year old recipe. He worked for three years on perfecting the Original Empanoli’s signature butter crust, which is baked, never fried, and of course gluten free. The picadillo Empanoli is as delectable as his mother’s picadillo empanada, maybe even better - sorry mom!
